Absolutely FABULOUS meal!! I had the trout and my fiance had the wagyu burger, both were cooked to perfection! For dessert we had the olive oil cake and it was heavenly! Kylee was our waitress and she was so sweet and very attentive, and we had great conversation with her regenerative agriculture in farming :) The ambiance and artwork were also really lovely. We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful dinner about two weeks ago. I had the trout and my husband had the chicken dish. The trout came with caramelized onions and pine nuts which I thought was unusual as I have always had trout with almonds. Come to find out that is a perfect pair. Both dishes were well cooked and seasoned perfectly, not to salty just the right amount to highlight the dishes natural flavor. Our waitress was great, fun, knowledgeable and detailed which is hard to find these days. This will be a definite addition to the list of places we can enjoy in Bozeman!

We were in Bozeman for one night during a road trip. So very glad we found this place! We shared the blood orange salad. It was delicious. We each had the bison dinner and it was melt in your mouth tender and cooked to perfection. Then we concluded by sharing the citrus cake (more yummy blood orange touches). The service was impeccable. This dinner made my birthday on the road very special.

A quiet little bistro located right off main street. The trout with sweet potato mash and pine nuts was divine! My pork chop was perfectly brined and grilled. The veggies were very tasty. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary, and we were not disappointed. Keep up the good work!

Food is amazing! We traveled to Montana for spring break and wanted to try local trout dishes. We found this restaurant on Google Maps. We had trout dips with bread as well as trout main dish. They told us the trout was from Idaho, close enough!

My siblings and I spent 3 days in Montana, and this is the best restaurant we’ve tried! It was also the only restaurant where we didn’t have any leftovers because everything was so good - as in scrape-the-plate good! The service was also great, we were taken care of by the very pretty Ana. The only thing I suggest to improve is the restroom lighting to make it brighter. :)

This restaurant is incredible. The food, atmosphere, and service are top-notch. We ate here twice in our 4-day stay in Bozeman because we couldn’t get enough. Each dish is carefully hand crafted and the service could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend making a reservation, as this restaurant is sure to become Bozeman’s best.

I decided to come here for dinner, over a few places in town, and I was not disappointed. I had an amazing server, Haley, and Braden (sorry if I got your name wrong), and Matthew. Everyone treated me amazingly. From when I walked in, to when I left. Amazing service. I mentioned I was here for the tartar. He rang it before I even got my glass of wine because he listened to me. AND the tartar was absolutely incredible and perfect. Everyone was amazing, everything was delicious. I was originally going to heist for tartar but I’m so stoked I came here instead. (No disrespect on heist). Thank you, Haley, Braden, and Matthew! I really appreciate your customer service and friendliness. I will be back!!
